Amber was patient and very helpful. I honestly said I would never go back to Hutchinson after having a bad experience 3 years ago with the service department and manager. I highly recommend them for all your service needs. Amber truly took care of me even though my outcome to repair my vehicle didn't work out. I will definitely go back if I purchase another GMC. My previous 24,000+-mile service experience was unacceptable. Although Teresa presented a professional demeanor, the overall handling of my vehicle and service left me with little confidence in your dealership.I was informed that she was held responsible for replacing the four tires on my 2025 Suburban Premier because she authorized the replacement without the service manager’s approval. A vehicle that cost more than $80,000 should never have been sold with two tires that already had poor tread. That issue should have been identified and corrected before the vehicle was offered for sale, not addressed after the purchase. In addition, several maintenance services were recommended for a vehicle sole with only approximately 19,000 +miles. Those recommendations appeared excessive and unnecessary for a vehicle at that mileage, causing me to question whether they were based on actual maintenance needs or simply an effort to increase the service work performed. Because of this experience, I no longer trust Hutchinson with the care of my vehicle. I now have all maintenance performed by another Chevrolet dealership because I refuse to risk the longevity and reliability of my investment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amber at Hutchinson Cadillac provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She kept me informed about the timeframe for my engine light diagnostic and contacted me as soon as the technician completed the inspection with the recommended repairs. She explained everything clearly, addressed all of my concerns, and my Cadillac was repaired and ready the very same day. Amber is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her customers. I highly recommend working with her if you want excellent service!

I want to thank the service team at Hutchinson Buick/GMC in Macon for their outstanding customer service. While traveling home from out of town with about 250 miles left to drive, my check engine light suddenly came on while I was on the interstate. I called the Hutchinson service department, explained my situation, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, Theresa was already expecting me and immediately took care of everything. The technician promptly evaluated my vehicle and determined it was safe to drive home. I truly appreciate Theresa and the service team for fitting me in despite my unexpected situation. Their professionalism, kindness, and quick response gave me peace of mind and allowed me to continue my trip home with confidence. Thank you for going above and beyond to help a traveler in need. Teresa has been a pleasure to work with. She is always willing to schedule my car around my crazy schedule. The tech guys have always performed the required maintenance quick and accurately and I've always received my car back better than when I brought it in. I've used them for all of my car needs since I purchased it.
